Professional Installation. Our Installers are employees of our business.
We don't
hire outside contractors to install the flooring you buy from our store.
Our Installers
are professionally-trained to provide personalized, quality service. Installation
from
Don Greer's Fashion Floors is guaranteed--if you're not completely satisfied,
we will
do everything possible to resolve any
unexpected situations that may arise. This is
just one of the things we do to prove our commitment to the customer before,
during
and after the sale!

is it such a big deal to use Installers employed
by your store?" This
is a question many customers ask. The answer
is simple: Quality Control, Accountability and Loyalty! Don Greer
believes
in the quality of work his Installers produce. Because he is able to monitor
their installations and train them on a continual basis--both personally
and
through formal seminars--he knows that the work they do will always be
up to
his standards. In addition, there's a certain loyalty that exists among
the
team. When you work together everyday, you become members of an extended
family. You look out for each other and help one another on the job. This
kind
of loyalty cannot be developed with a subcontractor--someone you see only

Preparing
for Your Installation.

-Paint
first. If you're thinking about painting or wall papering, do it before
your
new flooring is installed. |

|
|
-Please
empty rooms. We ask that you empty the room as much as possible.
Our Installers can move your larger pieces of furniture. You will receive
the
price of this service during the purchase of your flooring. Please remember
to clear closet floors and remaining areas of the room for stray articles
or
laundry. You would be surprised what "hides" under beds or behind
furniture! |

-Removal
of old carpet and materials. We offer this service and will give
you pricing information prior to your purchase. |

|
-Space
and Climate. Our Installers may need an area of your home in which to
store and prepare flooring for installation. This area is required to have
electricity
and a minimum temperature of 65°. |

General
Information. |

-Carpet
Seams. In order to properly install your new carpet, cutting and seaming
are quite common. Today's heat-bonded seams are as strong as the rest of
the
carpet; however, the seams are not totally invisible. Our technicians take
great
care to make the seams as inconspicuous as possible. |

-Pattern
Matching. Due to the manufacturing process, some patterns are
impossible to match exactly. Because our Installers are experienced
at
installing patterns, they know the best methods to use to get as close as
possible. |

|
-Non-liability.
Don Greer's Fashion Floors is not responsible for the replacement
of moldings, trim, painted surfaces and wall coverings that may get slightly
scuffed or scratched during installation. Our Installers take the greatest
care
to avoid any damage, and in the rare event of damage, we will work with
you to try
to reach a resolution. |
